Our long experience and our meticulous commitment
in terms of quality, has led us to adopt five strict criteria
based on which we choose our affiliates-suppliers.
sourcing
This is the process that sources and selects the coffee. Our company has staffed a specific department, and also maintains specialist associates throughout all the coffee producing countries, who assure that we always find new varieties of coffee from different farms. In this manner we ensure that the increasing needs of our customers, as well as the most demanding consumers, are continually covered.
cupping
Aromas, flavours and slurp; a ritual tasting test: Cupping is the A and Z in our everyday life. This is the best way to evaluate and quality control the coffee.
Coffee really gives everything it has during cupping; its genuine characteristics that assist the roasters in understanding how they can enhance it.

traceability
Coffee passes through many hands and stages from the tree to the cup. Traceability is the tracking process of the coffee’s journey that assists us in retaining a stable quality and tasting profile, which generates knowledge about coffee and the regions where it is cultivated.
This allows us to correct and prevent any deviations to the standards that we have put into place.
consistency
Stability in the quality, tasting profile and the quantities: It is very important that the same tasting profile in the coffee that we have selected remains consistent, so that the final consumers have the option of the stable coffee blend or variety that they prefer.

transparency
It is very important that we maintain good relations with our suppliers and associates, and also share information with them. In this way we manage to improve the quality of our coffee and services, whilst establishing a strong foundation of cooperation that is based upon trust.
